Max brings 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure planning and project delivery to his construction law practice. He was a summer associate with the firm in 2023.
Max earned his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University. Before law school, he worked for Amtrak as a manager of infrastructure planning and later as a director of business development in Amtrak’s corporate planning and strategy department.
