Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Kyle was an associate in the subrogation department of a full-service law firm headquartered in Philadelphia for five years. There, he maintained a high-volume practice involving property damage cases arising out of fires, water losses, explosions, construction defects, cyber losses, and product liability cases.
