Damali concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, medical malpractice and insurance litigation. She has experience in all phases of litigation, from inception to resolution, including drafting motions, managing discovery, participating in client investigations, evaluating legal issues and strategy, taking and defending depositions, drafting memoranda and briefs, and attending hearings.

Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Damali was an associate with a law firm in Philadelphia, where she focused her practice on insurance litigation. Damali was also a staff attorney for a large international law firm where she assisted with antitrust litigation and foreign exchange manipulation matters.

Damali received her B.S. in computer science from Drexel University and earned her law degree  from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, where she was a Law & Public Policy Scholar. During law school, Damali served as a patent experience extern with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia.
