Nick is an adept associate who focuses his practice on labor and employment law.

Nick has experience counseling and representing employers in pre-suit demands, the MCAD, and state and federal courts involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. He also represented clients in premises and general liability matters, including slip-and-falls, automobile accidents, and wrongful death cases. Additionally, Nick has resolved countless matters through alternative dispute resolution and informal negotiations, taken and defended depositions, prepared and argued dispositive motions, and regularly aided in trial preparation.

Before joining the firm, Nick was a litigation paralegal turned associate attorney for a New England-based trial and appellate firm. As an associate, Nick was a part of the firm’s employment division, as well as assisting a publicly traded client in high-exposure premises liability and general liability matters. Nick managed pre-trial discovery, led factual investigations, and prepared these cases for trial.

Nick earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2021 from New England Law Boston, where he was an editor of the New England Law Review. In 2020, he published an article in the New England Law Review Forum regarding the impending sports gambling legislation in Massachusetts. He graduated cum laude from Providence College in 2016, where he studied management. In college, he was a member of both the Men’s Club Ice Hockey Team and NCAA Men's Division I Ice Hockey team.
