Bailey is an associate who focuses her practice on real estate law. She also has experience with public and private corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financing transactions.
Bailey earned her J.D. in 2021 from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was lead editor of the Drexel Law Review. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Anita B. Brody of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania as a summer law intern assisting with various matters, including the NFL Players' Concussion Injury litigation. Bailey graduated cum laude in 2018 from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she played varsity lacrosse.
