Rob's practice involves a wide range of business litigation matters in federal and state court, including contract disputes, corporate governance litigation, antitrust litigation, and other complex torts and business disputes, including at the trial and appellate levels. Rob also has experience representing clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including class actions and multidistrict litigation. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, he participated in the Cozen O’Connor Summer Associate Program for two summers.
Rob received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School, where he graduated with high honors and was a Rubenstein Scholar. He is also a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, Rob worked as a research assistant on scholarly research related to the Establishment Clause and administrative law. He was also heavily involved with pro bono work, including as an intern for the Center for Disability and Elder Law, for which he earned Pro Bono Honors on his law degree. Rob was the founding executive articles editor of The University of Chicago Business Law Review and vice president of the Hinton Moot Court Board.
Prior to law school, Rob earned his M.A. in economics from The University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. in mathematical sciences and economics, summa cum laude, from Binghamton University.
