Provisional Measures in Aid of Arbitration in Brazil [American Review of International Arbitration]

Michael covers the Brazilian Arbitration Act of 1996, the amendments made to the Arbitration Act that allow parties to request provisional measures, and the unsettled issues in Brazil that the international arbitration community has already tackled.
