US Supreme Court Considers Reach of Copyright Laws [The Legal Intelligencer]

Stephen Miller and Chase Howard published an article to The Legal Intelligencer discussing the U.S. Supreme Court's consideration for whether a state can copyright annotated compilations of its own statutes. Referenced throughout the article was the case, Georgia v.
