They explain, as the Internet edges out traditional forums for speech and becomes the preferred platform for the erudite, the vulgar and the straight-up defamers, the law will have to adapt. And the procedural laws that arose technological eons ago may need to be reconsidered and readjusted to reflect the realities of the new world.
