MIAMI, February 6, 2025 — Jason Domark, a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, has been named a Florida Legal Awards honoree in the Distinguished Leaders category. The Florida Legal Awards recognize attorney achievements and celebrate those who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence across a variety of practice areas within Florida's legal community. The honorees will be formally recognized at an awards ceremony on April 3 in Miami, Florida. 

Jason focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on international litigation, fiduciary litigation, and real estate related litigation. He has created and managed worldwide litigation strategies for multinational corporations and individuals in disputes involving U.S., European, South American, Caribbean, and Asian jurisdictions. Jason frequently litigates fiduciary duty issues for corporations, partnerships, trusts, professionals, and other entities and individuals. He has also represented numerous developers, contractors, and land owners in all manner of real estate related disputes, including construction and design issues, delay claims, turnover litigation, easement rights, and eminent domain proceedings.
