MIAMI, February 6, 2025 — Ashley Gomez-Rodon, an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, has been selected as a Florida Legal Awards honoree in the On the Rise category. This award recognizes the most promising attorneys in Florida under the age of 40. All honorees will be formally recognized at an awards ceremony on April 3 in Miami, Florida. 

Ashley focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in Cozen O'Connor’s Miami office. She has experience defending companies in a wide variety of cases, including those in securities, corporate governance, contract disputes, class action, trade secret theft, RICO, turnover disputes, and other business litigation. Ashley has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal court and arbitrated matters to final award. She has also drafted appellate briefs.
