John Ho will present “Developments in White-Collar Exemption Law” at the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Wage and Hour Committee Midwinter Meeting. John will discuss the ongoing developments in the 541 regulations, including challenges to the Department of Labor's authority on salary basis and threshold tests. He will also discuss the First Circuit’s new duties test for the administrative exemption, along with other key cases related to overtime misclassification.
