This webinar will review recent case law and statutory amendments in which claims of bad faith have been asserted and assessed. The case law will involve situations in which both claims handling has been called into question and where efforts to set up a bad faith claim are present. The presenters will review and discuss those factual situations in order to address how to effectively handle insurance claims and litigation in a manner that reduces bad faith exposure.
