Philip Kircher will serve as a faculty member at the Seton Hall Law School Denis F. McLaughlin Advanced Trial Advocacy Workshop. Philip will instruct students on the preparation, examination, and cross-examination of expert witnesses; evidentiary foundations; objections; various types of impeachment; and development of visual aids for trial.
