Anthony J. Morrone will present “Analysis of Fire Claims in an Evolving Solar Power Industry” at the Property & Liability Resource Bureau’s Central Regional Adjusters Conference in Schaumburg, Illinois.
The presentation will discuss what makes up a Solar Power System, the corresponding codes/regulations, and focus on the methodology to document and safely process a solar power system fire scene. The presenters will also focus on how to identify and properly notify potentially interested parties to avoid spoliation claims. They will consider how to manage claims resolution goals with the legal challenges involved in subrogation and liability issues.
Anthony will present in the “Property Claims” session, alongside Ulises Castellon and John P. White of Fire Cause Analysis on Wednesday, September 13, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 14, from 10:30 – 12:00 p.m.
