Richard J. Maleski will present “Peeling Back the Layers in Roofing Claims: Documenting the Loss & Looking for Subrogation Opportunities (W5)” at the 2024 WIND Conference in Orlando, Florida. The presentation will explore subrogation opportunities in roofing claims, and focus on best practices in adjusting a loss with an eye to the liability and damages investigation. The presenters will also discuss legal concerns involving the statute of repose and Florida’s recent tort reform.
