David Brisco will speak at the 2022 PLRB Claims Conference & Insurance Services Expo in San Antonio, Texas.
The presentation titled, "Ethical Issues in Subrogation Claims" will focus on a wide variety of ethical dilemmas that can arise when handling a subrogation claim. This session will review applicable practices used to resolve various ethical issues in subrogation, and evaluate strategies such as treatment of the insured, investigation tactics with social media, disclosure of expert files, and spoliation of evidence.
