Thomas Wilkinson presented a program for the York County Bar Association titled, "A Local Conversation on Racism: The Role of Legal Professionals in Driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion." Tom discussed the development and application of ABA Model Rule 8.4(g) prohibiting harassment and discrimination in the practice of law, and the counterpart rule recently adopted by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
