Michael Davisson and Patricia Parisi, of Cozen O'Connor's Global Insurance department, will present with Lawrence DeVos, from Zurich North America, at the Fidelity Law Association's Annual Conference, on the top, "Social Engineering Claims." This presentation will discuss coverage issues relating to social engineering claims submitted under the Computer Fraud, Funds Transfer Fraud and social engineering fraud insuring agreements of the Commercial Crime Policy and an examination of how emerging case law addresses these claims.
