Peter Fontaine, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Utility, Environmental & Energy Practice Group, will discuss legal issues within the scientific community at the AGU-Climate Science Legal Defense Fund Legal Symposium. Peter will discuss open records laws and how they may be used to request information from scientists. The topic is particularly valuable for scientists who receive public funding as these open records laws may apply to them and their work.
